SwapCoin is a no-KYC service. We do not ask for passports, IDs or selfies, and we never block a wallet just because it has no account. Instead, every swap request passes automated AML screening — the same class of checks banks run, applied to the transaction itself.
Heads up: an automated check can flag a request for review. When that happens, the request moves to “Under review” in Status and is typically resolved within 1–2 hours.
What we screen
- Incoming wallet — the source address you send from.
- Outgoing counterparty — the destination address you request a transfer to.
- Provider exposure — the DEXes, bridges and liquidity sources a route touches.
- Sanctions and flagged activity — against known watchlists.
What this means for your requests
Most requests clear screening automatically in seconds and proceed straight to quoting. A small share is held for manual review if automated signals look ambiguous. We never freeze funds that are on their way back to you — senders can always recover what was not delivered.
Personal data
We keep the minimum needed to operate a request: the addresses involved, an optional e-mail or Telegram for notifications, and the request history itself. You can contact us to delete optional contact details at any time — see Privacy policy.
Not KYC — deliberately
KYC is about identity. AML is about transactions. We chose transaction-based screening because it protects both sides without asking you to hand over documents.
