1. General terms

By using SwapCoin.exchange, you accept these Terms. The Service is provided "as is". SwapCoin is a route aggregator. All operations are performed by third-party smart contracts; SwapCoin is not a party to agreements between you and DEXs/bridges.

2. Non-custodial

SwapCoin does not store funds, accept deposits, and is not an exchange or wallet. You retain full control over your assets.

3. Liability

You are responsible for the correctness of the specified addresses, network selection, and sufficient funds to pay gas fees. SwapCoin is not responsible for user errors (incorrect address, incorrect network selection), market volatility, or failures of third-party protocols.

4. Prohibited use

Use of the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, and other illegal purposes is prohibited, as is use in jurisdictions where this conflicts with applicable law.

5. Changes

We reserve the right to change the Terms. The current version is always available on this page.
